Enjoy an educational and fun happy hour at the Crooked Stave taproom in The Source, hosted by the Colorado State University Fermentation Sciences program in the College of Health and Human Sciences. Mingle with startup brewers and learn about cutting-edge new degree at CSU that prepares students for a career in fermentation science. In addition to samples of a variety of craft beers, attendees will also enjoy catering utilizing fermented food products to compliment the beer menu. Participants can also enjoy an interactive beer-perience, such as tapping a brew made especially for Denver Startup Week or voting on ingredients that will go into a beer brewed after Denver Startup Week, and participants will be invited to a tasting on campus when the craft brew is ready.
